“Years after she abandoned her dream, culturally estranged washout artist Alice Wong is confronted with a part of herself she can no longer ignore: A vision of her young ambitious self, who aspired to be a manga artist. She had hoped for absolution… but the vision, bitter and resentful, craves only revenge.
This is a gritty love letter to both Canada’s distinct and vibrant Anime Art and Asian communities, by and for its rising new generation of artists!”
